It will. I have the non-RGB version of this pump, it's identical to the default tube (which is just the ek res x3 tube 150) but longer. Don't be fooled though, for whatever reason, despite the default tube being the "150" and this being the "250" it's double the length, so account for that.

No; X3 was previous generation of reservoir. It's a different size.
